Key Information

This page brings together key information about our school in one place. Here you can find details about admissions, our complaints procedure, and statutory information, all designed to be clear and easy to access for families and visitors.

Admissions

If you’re interested in a place for your child at LS-TEN, there are two main routes:

On roll placements:
If your child has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), LS-TEN may be named as their provision following consultation with the local authority. This process is managed through your SEN caseworker.

Alternative Provision placements:
LS-TEN offers a small number of alternative provision places for students who currently have a school placement elsewhere. Placements are usually arranged through your child’s current school, Area Inclusion Partnership (AIP), or the local authority. In these cases, your child remains on roll at their school while attending LS-TEN.

For more information please see our Admissions Policy, or contact us.

Ofsted Information

We are inspected by Ofsted, the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills.

Complaints Procedure

We aim to work in close partnership with parents, carers and professionals, and we take any concerns seriously.

If you have a concern, we encourage you to contact the school in the first instance so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
